The Californian manufacturer of solid storage units Super Talent has released its new product, the SSD TeraNova, a unit capable of delivering over 500MB / s sequential transfer rates, joining the club of ultra-fast charging unit. The new Super Talent TeraNova is sold in different versions up to 480GB of capacity, and it is paired with a SandForce controller 2200, which is the main responsible for the performance of the device. Increased speed puts it in the premium segment within SSDs for home users, and is perfect for any laptop or desktop – with adapter 2.5 to 3.5 inches – high performance.

This new solid storage device can be found in versions of 64, 120, 240 and 480GB so that it covers most types of users, from which only need a boot disk where to install your operating system such as that bases all of its solid storage equipment to maximize performance. These SSDs are made with MLC NAND Flash, and have a reliability between failures of more than 2 million hours, with a 2 year limited warranty.
